Using Scheduling Assistant in Outlook
Overview
Use the scheduling assistant in Outlook when creating meetings to quickly see the availability of your participants. This can save a lot of emailing back and forth to see when people are free.
- In Outlook, create a New Meeting.

- With the New Meeting window open, click the ‘Scheduling Assistant‘ tab.

- Under all attendees, enter the names/email addresses of your required participants. This will bring up each person’s availability based on their Outlook calendar.

- To quickly schedule the meeting for when all participants are free, click ‘AutoPick‘.

- Once a suitable time has been identified, click the Meeting tab to continue filling out the meeting details as usual.
