Slack Workspace Administrator Training

People who will be administering a Slack Workspace for their team are required to complete the Slack Admin training available on Trojan Learn.

When opening a ticket to request a Slack Workspace for your team, you will be asked to provide a screenshot of the training completion screen. To access your certificate:

Go to https://trojanlearn.csod.com/ and sign in with your USC credentials
Mouse over ‘Learning’, and select ‘View your Transcript’
Take a screenshot of the page that includes both your name and the completed status of the Slack Administrator Training:

Windows Users: Press Windows + Shift + S on your keyboard and drag a box around the relevant portion of your screen.

Mac Users: Press Shit + Command + 4 on your keyboard and drag a box around the relevant portion of your screen.
