Services
Mann IT offers the following support services for school-owned faculty & staff devices that meet eligibility requirements.
- Hardware and Software Troubleshooting - including warranty repairs and replacement, and diagnosing peripheral hardware issues.
- Hardware Installation - including printers, scanners, and other peripherals acquired through Mann IT.
- Software Installation - Mann IT will assist with the installation and update of all school or university-provided software.
- Network connectivity - ensuring you are able to connect to the USC network and access network resources.
Eligibility
Standard desktop support is available for all computers that meet the following criteria:
- Hardware is university-owned. Mann IT is unable to provide support for personal devices.
- Running a current version of either Microsoft Windows or Apple macOS.
- The device was deployed as a school-managed system with our standard suite of applications.
- The system is your primary device. Mann IT is unable to provide support for multiple devices per user.
