Updating or Resetting your Password
Pharmacy domain accounts (used to log in to Mann IT-managed devices) are automatically synced with your USC NetID. To update or reset the password to your device, please use USC ITS online service available at: https://netid.usc.edu/account_services/change_password
If you receive an error message from the password reset website, open the link in a private/incognito window.
NOTE: Once changed, it may take up to 15 minutes for your passwords to sync. If you are still unable to log in after updating your USC NetID password, please email mannit@usc.edu for further assistance.
Applications that may need you to re-enter your password
USC Secure Wireless
Forget and rejoin the USC Secure Wireless network. Please see our help article on Resetting your USC Secure Wireless Connection.
Outlook
When Outlook needs your new password, a button will appear at the bottom right corner of Outlook reading 'Need Password'. Selecting this button will open a USC SSO window.

OneDrive
There is a little cloud icon in the bottom right corner system tray, near the time. Click on the cloud icon, and OneDrive should open a prompt to sign in. A grayed-out OneDrive icon with a line through it means you're not signed in.
Adobe Creative Cloud
For Staff and Faculty only. Sign in again using username = USCNetID@phardom.usc.edu. The password will be the same as your USC password. For details, please see Signing in to Adobe Creative Cloud.
