Requesting an ORG Account

Overview

Mann IT is able to request departmental accounts for teams/units of the school.

ORG accounts provide a shared M365 mailbox that can be used to among the team to coordinate departmental email and calendars. These mailboxes may be either added to your Outlook client or accessed via a browser by logging in at usc.edu/office365 with the ORG account credentials.

Eligibility

USC Mann faculty and staff who are heading up a department or team.

To request an ORG account for your team, please complete our Organization Account/Mailbox request form.

NOTE: Mann IT is not able to reset lost or forgotten password for USC ORG account. Designated account owners will need to work with USC ITS directly by calling (213) 740-5555.
