Classroom Assistance
Overview
Mann IT provides support coverage for classrooms, lecture halls, and meeting rooms in the PSC, CHP, and SRH buildings. If you would like a classroom technology demonstration, please contact the Mann IT service desk.
Equipment Setup
Most classrooms are equipped with standard presentation equipment (projector, pc, etc.). Please contact the service desk to request any setup assistance with equipment. Be sure to include:
- Room number
- Start and End Time
- Equipment needed, or details of what you need to present (e.g. PowerPoint, YouTube, Zoom)
We recommend making any requests at least a week in advance to ensure scheduling availability.

Technology Issues
If you encounter technical difficulties whilst in a classroom, please report the problem to the service desk as soon as possible by emailing mannit@usc.edu. So we can investigate and remedy the issue please include all relevant details, such as location and nature of the problem you encountered.
