Exam Loaner Laptop

Overview

Mann IT maintains a fleet of exam laptops available for short-duration checkout by students. Laptops are pre-loaded with the Exemplify software for examination purposes.

Exam loaner laptops are available for single-day use only, and are intended as an emergency stand-in for:

Failure of a student's personal device
Lost, stolen, or forgotten devices

Exam loaners are not for regular use and should only be requested in the above situations. Students are expected to have their own device for exam taking that meets the Examplify minimum computing requirements.

Eligibility

All USC Mann students may request to borrow an exam loaner laptop by emailing mannit@usc.edu. Exam loaners are made available on a first come, first served basis.
