Connecting to USC Mann Network Share (Windows PC)
NOTE: File server pscnaf has been replaced with new server pscunity. Old mapped drives and shortcuts will be unreachable. The new address is pscunity.phardom.usc.edu. Requirements: If connecting from outside of USC’s network, you must install and configure USC’s VPN client. https://itservices.usc.edu/vpn/. If connecting over campus Wi-Fi, you must connect to USC Secure Wireless. Instructions Open file explorer and type \\pscunity.phardom.usc.edu in the quick access bar and press Enter. When prompted, enter your domain credentials: phardom.usc.edu\ and password. A list of folders will be displayed after login. Right-click the folder you want to access and select 'Map network drive…' IMPORTANT: Deselect Reconnect at sign-in and select Connect using different credentials. Click Finish. Click OK to connect.

If connecting over campus Wi-Fi, you must connect to USC Secure Wireless. Instructions Select 'Go' from the Finder menu bar. On the bottom of the drop down menu select 'Connect to Server'. In the server address box, type smb://pscunity.phardom.usc.edu. Click 'Connect'. (If you would like to make this mapping a favorite, click the ‘+’ button.) In the authentication box select 'Registered User' and enter your USCNetID username and password. Click 'Connect'. Upon authentication, a new window shows you the available volumes. Select the share you belong to and click 'OK'.

MyE911 - How to Resolve "I wasn't able to connect" Error
Due to changes in federal regulations, users of the Five9 Softphone platform are required to also use MyE911 for emergency call location services. Mann IT automatically deploys this software and associated configuration to affected systems, however some users may get an error popup that the application was unable to connect. This happens when the application installs before the configuration script can run. Please follow these steps to manually set the host URL: Open the system tray (bottom left of screen) by clicking the ^ arrow. Right click on the MyE911 application icon - a red circle with 'MY'. Click 'Settings'. In the settings windows, enter 'https://five9.e911cloud.com' in the Host field. Click Save.
